Delivery
We will despatch your order within 48 hours of it being placed subject to, stock levels, Company closure and bank holidays. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you.
UK Next day carrier ( 0 - 2kg + )
UK.Deliveries are made between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday and require a signature. If you are out the driver will put a card through your door and you can collect your parcel from the local depot.
PLEASE NOTE, IF A PARCEL IS NOT COLLECTED FROM DEPOT, IF A CARD HAS BEEN LEFT DUE TO NO ONE AVAILABLE, & A CHARGE IS MADE FOR THE PARCEL TO BE RETURNED TO US. THEN THIS WILL BE CHARGEABLE TO THE CUSTOMER.
The delivery tariffs is based on the weight of the total order.
Most deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.
Customs, Taxes and Duties
You may be required to pay import duties and taxes which are levied once your order reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are also your responsibility; we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. In addition, when ordering, you are the importer for customs purposes and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Cancellation or Changing your order
Once you have placed your order you will be issued with an order number and an email confirmation. You can cancel from the day you placed the order upto 7 days after receiving the goods for any reason. We will refund the full amount paid for the goods to you within 30 days. Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost, Coffee Sense can arrange to collect them, and deduct the direct cost from the refund. Returns
We endeavor to supply only the highest quality products. However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us within 28 days following the steps outlined below, and we will refund the cost of the item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Please return the items to the address shown at the bottom of our delivery note enclosed with your order. Please include the completed returns slip or a piece of paper with your name and address, order number, reason for return and the date on which you receive it.
Faulty Items - If an item is found to be faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact our us on 01934-629356 or by email mail@coffeesense.co.uk. We will then arrange with you suitable collection or return shipping options. If goods are found to be faulty, which you did not order, or our fault will give you a FULL refund plus any return shipping costs incurred. For electrical items please check or read your manufactures user manual, operators guide or instructions. Most problems can be fixed by following/reading the troubleshooting or FAQ sections.

This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself.

You may also pay by cheque or postal order please contact us first before sending your payment. The prices displayed on are web site are in £GBP British pound Sterling.

We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
